Each unit features its own two-story office and social block, dedicated parking area, and docking zone. Side-loading industrial doors enable convenient and efficient logistics operations.
Fit-Out & Quick Move-In
Spaces are move-in ready upon handover, with final interior finishes tailored to tenant requirements. This customized fit-out approach allows each company to start operations in an environment tailored to their specific needs — with minimal lead time and maximum efficiency.
